Participants divide into two teams and stand in two lines, with their backs to the other team. Each team decides whether they will be the archere, the grandmother or the dragon. They turn around to face the other team and mime an action representing who they are. The idea is that: the archer defeats the dragon, the dragon defeats the grandmother, and the grandmother defeats the archer. Sometimes, neither group will defeat the other because they will both choose to be the same thing!</div>

because I am romanian and I started to talk with anybody, I tried to learn them
something about our culture. We danced traditional dances, we ate
"zacuscă", "mici" (I tell them in this way because I like
how they sound in romanian), a bulgarian participant (which is now an amazing
friend) wanted to learn our language and that was his first lesson (by the way,
he is still learning and I am proud of him).<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

popular sculptures of this genius Constantin Brâncuși. I was a guide in there,
I have never think that I will tell what is the matter with these 3 pieces of
art to 40 foreigners in english. But I did it and they listened to me. I am
very thankful for this. They showed me I can do something I thought it's almost
impossible.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

another possibility to know how amazing people are. We made different types of
CVs, cover letters, movies about how difficult or not is to get a job in this

people. I even helped the italians participants to make Tiramisu (so
delicious). The spanish cultural night?
Well, a big chance for me to understand that I really can dance. I love them
for who they are. I wouldn't change anything. I prooved myself that I am still good
at dancing, that I can focus again without a headache at everytime I do it. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">We started our work in the groups with brainstorming. All of us shared our ideas how the video should be made and we made decisions about filming it. In our teams, we chose topics and prepared scripts.<br /><br />During the second part of the morning of day 8, it was finally time to put all of our ideas into action.<br /><br />Anyone can act, but none of us could really be an actor... we had to solve this problem with an energizer: each one had a paper on his/her forehead where a different emotion was written and he/she had to guess what the emotion was just thanks to others people's mimic of that emotion.<br /><br />After that, time to play!<br /><br />After acting and recording some scenes we sat down to edit our videos. This part of our video project was very satisfying, because we could have watched how results of our work are getting clearer, prettier and funnier. </span><div>

“<b>Initiative Sociale</b>” Association is a NGO that has been created in July 2012 by the founders who wish to produce <b>changes in youth mentalities</b> and to motivate the <b>young generation</b> to cooperate for a better society and to motivate them in taking initiative.</div>

Our objectives and mission are to create and develop national and international <b>youth exchanges</b>, programs to <b>promote European partnership</b> among young people, professional development of European standards and practice, to organize summer schools and conferences, to promote social initiatives among young people, to create and develop different programs regarding orientation and professional counseling.</div>

We would also like to concentrate on promoting <b>social economy</b> and <b>social entrepreneurship</b>; we would like to offer support and provide technical assistance to young people who want to <b>start a business</b>, especially the <b>social businesses initiatives</b>. Also, we would like to provide support in creation and development of programs for democracy among young people and will promote the concept of Active European Citizenship.</div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">During 9 days, 36 young people and 6 group leaders coming from 6 different EU countries (<b>Bulgaria</b>, <b>Italy</b>, <b>Poland</b>, <b>Romania</b>, <b>Spain</b> and <b>Turkey</b>) will meet to exchange experiences, to learn and to focus on finding solutions to include the young people on the labour market.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The purpose of the project is to increase the level of knowledge, skills and competences (to know how to write a proper CV, a cover letter, to know how to apply for a job or how to attend an interview) to become active on the labour market for 36 young people, aged 18-30 years and 6 group leaders (no age limit) of the 6 participating countries.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">In addition, the priority of this project aims to <b>stimulate youngsters</b> to take initiative and meets their needs by developing basic and transversal skills (skills needed to get hired). Also, after participating in this exchange, the youngsters will better understand their <b>role in society and in the future of Europe</b> as they will learn about the need to develop activities in order to create new work opportunities and involvement both at economic and social level.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">During this youth exchange, each country involved will present it situation on <b>youth labour market</b>. Thus, due to the activities proposed, our project meets the needs of the young people; among their needs we can include: access to information, involvement and active participation, tolerance, solidarity, awareness of the importance for being active on the labour market in the current economic context and their role in <b>shaping the future of european society</b>, the need to have a job and so on.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Non-formal education methods suggested are designed to support the promotion of active citizenship among young people, to develop participatory attitude, to support reflection, tolerance and also the integration of intercultural differences. The non-formal methods included are various; these include verbal and non-verbal communication, visual communication, written communication. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The youngsters whom participate in this exchange will also receive at the end of the mobility, the <a href="https://www.youthpass.eu/en/about-youthpass/about/"><b>Youthpass certificate</b></a>, that validates the competencies acquired through the participation in the project activities.</span></div>
